Welcome to the Wildly Inclusive Co-op non-profit fundraiser! We are thrilled to have you join us for our Second annual Durham German Market. This festive event is not only a celebration of holiday traditions but also a vital fundraiser that supports our mission to create an inclusive, affirming, and supportive educational environment for learners of all ages, abilities, and neurotypes.
With over 15,000 visitors at the 2024 market, this event quickly became THE event to attend here in Durham.
What is a German Market?
A German market, often called a Weihnachtsmarkt or Christkindlmarkt, is a festive outdoor market that traditionally takes place during the holiday season. These markets are known for their charming stalls offering a variety of handmade crafts, gifts, holiday decorations, and delicious German food and beverages. Visitors can enjoy traditional treats such as bratwurst, pretzels, and mulled wine (Glühwein), while experiencing the warm, festive atmosphere with music, lights, and entertainment for all ages.

Event Date: December 6th, 2025
Location: Durham Central Park
501 Foster St, Durham, NC 27701
Event Time: 3:30 pm-8:30 pm (Set-up beings at 1pm and tear down will only be allowed after 8:30 pm. No vehicles will be allowed into the vendor area until after 8:30 pm.)
Booth Spaces are 10x10, you will have to provide your own tent, tables, LIGHTING, chairs, etc. We are excited to create a festive and immersive atmosphere for this event, and we encourage you to join in the fun! Please decorate your booth with holiday-themed decorations, including a minimum of battery-operated holiday lights. Since the event will take place in the evening, ensure your booth is well-lit to enhance the experience for visitors. While we will provide plenty of overhead holiday lights, there will be no bright spotlights.
Vendor fee: $100
Nonprofit Vendor Fee: $75
Kid Vendor fee: $25
Vendor Fees will increase by $25 in May, August, September
Food Truck Fee: $375
All items sold are handmade. We are not accepting any Direct/Sales, Multi-level marketing vendors, or mass-produced goods.
Submission of an application does not guarantee a space at the market. Your space is only confirmed once you receive and complete the contract and pay the vendor fee.
